Delivery and Returns

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries from our website:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Europe from our website, due to EU tax changes in July 2021. If you are in a European country, or anywhere not covered above, please visit our Etsy store, from which we ship worldwide. 

Processing Times

Processing times vary for different products. This is due to some items being custom made or made to order. For full details of processing times, please see individual items.

In general processing times for categories are as follows:

  • Cards, Mugs, Harness collection – dispatched within 1-2 business day
  • Dog Accessories and Bandanas – dispatched within 3-5 business days
  • Made to Order items – dispatched within 3-5 business days



Most items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. The delivery aim by Royal Mail is 2-3 working days from dispatch.



USA, Canada and Australia

Cards will be sent via Standard International Mail – this is an untracked service but is very reliable. The delivery estimate for this service is 5 – 7 business days.

All other items will be sent via Tracked International Mail. The delivery estimate for this service is 5 – 7 business days.

Urgent Requests

If you need an item for a specific date and are unsure it will arrive in time, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will aim to meet your requirements where possible.



We’re confident you will love your item, but if for any reason you don’t, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us via email within 14 days of delivery to discuss a refund or exchange and we will sort it.
Please send items back within 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Condition of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
